By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You must not use the Services if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement governing your use of the Services. The use of the platform attributes the condition of User and implies the knowledge and acceptance of all the conditions included in this Privacy Policy.

1. Collection of personal data on the platform

In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “LOPD”) and its implementing regulations, we inform you that to make use of the services offered by our Portal may be necessary to provide certain personal data, which will be incorporated into files that will be responsible Femnoise.

The data object of treatment will be those that the User facilitates through the different forms of the web, like:

A.- those that the User provides through the registration form on the platform;
B.- those data requested to complete the profile of the user;
C.- the data requested for payment and invoicing of the video courses;
D.- the platform’s contact form; or
E.- any other form shown on the platform.

We inform you that in the forms there are certain fields that must be completed in order to properly attend to the requests made, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.

Likewise, the data generated as a result of navigating through the platform and using the functionalities and services offered through it (e.g. searches carried out, course evaluations, wish lists, purchases made, etc.), as well as any other data collected as a result of sending emails to the email addresses identified on the platform, will be processed.

2. How personal data is used

Femnoise will use the personal data of the Platform Users for the purposes indicated below:

A. To register on the Platform and identify yourself.
B. To create your profile on the platform, you can include personal information such as the country or city where you live, a photograph, your name and surname, your professional experience, your various projects related to the ecosystem of the music industry.
C. To buy or subscribe to our courses, we will ask you for your credit or debit card information, including the date of validity and the CVV code. If you wish to pay via PayPal, we will ask you for the e-mail address associated with your account. If you wish to pay with Paypal, you will be redirected to the payment platform. If you request an invoice, we will ask you for your billing details if necessary.
D. To manage the sending of the Newsletter when the User is registered.
E. To make segmentations and other treatments that allow to personalize the access and use of the Portal (such as suggesting courses or contents when visiting the platform according to the interests shown).
F. To carry out satisfaction and feed back surveys of courses or of the platform itself and its functionalities.
G. To send them notifications by e-mail according to the user’s preferences established by configuring these notifications in their User account.

3. Electronic commercial communications

In cases where the user has not objected to receiving commercial communications, Femnoise may send her commercial, promotional or advertising information by electronic means (email or SMS), either of a general nature or adapted to her personal characteristics, about the courses and other products or services offered through the platform.

Femnoise may carry out segmentation and other processing of the data collected about the user, including those generated as a result of browsing the platform and the use of the functionalities and services offered through it.

In any case, the user may oppose the sending of commercial communications at any time, using the specific means recognized in the commercial communications addressed to her.

4. Applicable jurisdiction

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. “The parties submit, at their own choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renounce any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.

5. Information about Cookies

We use cookies, small files with information related to your navigation, mainly to enable a better user experience. 

5.1 Cookies used on this website

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixel tags or local shared objects (“Flash cookies”) to provide, evaluate and improve our services in various ways. We use these cookies when you visit our site and services through a browser and through our mobile application. Because we adopt other technologies, we may also collect additional data through other methods.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • To protect user safety.
  • To help detect and combat spam, abuse and other activities that violate the Femnøise agreements.

    • To help us improve and understand how people use Femnøise
    Customized content
    • To personalize Femnøise with more relevant content

    5.2 Online advertising

    We use third-party advertising services, such as Taboola, Facebook and Google advertising services, as well as other advertising networks and servers, to serve ads on our Services on other websites and applications you use. The ads may be based on our knowledge about you, such as your Usage Data and System Data (as detailed in section 1), and on the knowledge that these advertising service providers have about you based on their tracking data. Ads may be based on your recent activity or activity over time, and on other sites and services, and may be tailored to your interests.

    Depending on the types of advertising services we use, we may place cookies or other tracking technologies on your computer, phone, or other device to collect data about your use of our Services, and may access those tracking technologies to provide these customized advertisements to you. To help deliver targeted advertising, we may provide these service providers with a hidden, anonymous version of your email address (in a form that is not human readable) and the content that you share publicly on the Services.

    6. Security

    Femnøise takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data that we collect and store. These measures vary depending on the type and confidentiality of the data. Unfortunately, however, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that communications between you and Femnøise, the Services or any information provided to us in connection with data we collect through the Services will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Your password is an important part of our security system and it is your responsibility to protect it. You should not share your password with any third party and if you believe that your password or account has been compromised you should immediately change your password and contact support@femnoise.com with any concerns.

    7. Modifications

    From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to it, we will inform you by email, by posting a notice on the Services or as required by applicable law. We will also include a summary of the main changes. Unless otherwise stated, changes will be effective on the day they are posted.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you continue to use the Services after the effective date of any change, your access and/or use will be deemed an acceptance of (and an agreement to comply with and be bound by) the revised Privacy Policy. The revised Privacy Policy replaces all previous Privacy Policies.
